Kawachi Jiba Sangyo Center
As well as selling local organic produce and soybean goods, this center offers soba making classes, where you can try your hand at making your own soba (buckwheat noodles). A minimum group size of 4 persons, and reservations are required. Kawachi Jiba Sangyo Center

Yoshino Kougei no Sato
At this center, craftsman can be seen in their workshops practicing such arts as pottery, woodwork and glassblowing, and a selection of their works are on display in the gallery. Tedori Gorge
The Tedori Gorge, running between Torigoe and Yoshinodani for approximately 8km is well noted as a spot of scenic beauty. Originating in Mount Hakusan and running all the way to the Sea of Japan in Mikawa, this is the most impressive point of the Tedori River, boasting dynamic cliffs rising as high as 30 meters. Torigoe Castle
Torigoe Castle is the site of the final battle of the Ikkou Ikki uprising, where samurai landlords fought in a final attempt to save their land from the Ikko sect of Buddhism lead by Oda Nobunaga, who subsequently ruled over the Kaga region (southern half of Ishikawa) during the Sengoku era.
